l´ve come to a conclusion about myself:
1:46:14
ln 1938 l escaped...
1:46:17
...the deportation of Poland.
1:46:19
l got out of Germany
in the Kindertransport.

1:46:22
l was sent to Australia on a ship.
1:46:24
The ship was torpedoed
and nothing happened.

1:46:27
l got back to England and was in the army.
1:46:30
Why all these coincidences?
1:46:32
I´ve come to one concIusion:
I was meant to survive.

1:46:36
Not because of myseIf...
1:46:39
...but because the Jews were to survive.
1:46:41
And I wouId bring up another generation.
1:46:44
And they wouId Iive.
I Iook at my chiIdren...

1:46:47
...and my grandchiIdren, and I know...
1:46:49
...there was a purpose to my Iife.
