1:01:00
"And we all know
where this man comes from. "

1:01:06
As Jesus taught in the Temple,
he said in a loud voice:

1:01:10
Do you really know me...
1:01:12
and know where I am from?
1:01:16
I have not come on my own authority.
1:01:18
He who sent me, however, is truthful.
1:01:22
You do not know him, but I know him...
1:01:25
because I come from him, and he sent me.
1:01:32
Then they tried to seize him...
1:01:55
but no one laid a hand on him,
because his hour had not yet come.

1:02:06
But many in the crowd believed in him.
1:02:09
When the Messiah comes, will he perform
more miracles than this man has?

1:02:18
The Pharisees heard the crowd
whispering these things about Jesus...

1:02:24
so they and the chief priests
sent some guards to arrest him.

1:02:34
I shall be with you a little while longer...
1:02:38
and then I shall go away
to him who sent me.

1:02:41
You will look for me,
but you will not find me...

1:02:44
because you cannot go where I will be.
1:02:49
The Jewish authorities
said among themselves:

1:02:51
"Where is he about to go
so that we shall not find him?"

1:02:55
Will he go to the Greek cities,
where our people live and teach the Greeks?
