:49:01
He said, "Come on,
we're getting out of here.

:49:04
"You're too nosy.
You don't even know what's going on."

:49:09
I had no idea that somebody
was gonna get killed or shot.

:49:14
So I just drove on.
:49:19
He was one of these kind
that didn't like getting involved.

:49:22
He wanted to go on. He told me
to shut up and turn around. Don't look.

The driver's window was down.

:50:10
This is how I got such a good look.
:50:19
I really couldn't see anything inside.
:50:21
It was kind of... shadows on the window
and stuff.

:50:25
But when he rolled down the window,
what made his face stand out so.

:50:29
The car was dark blue.
:50:35
He had a beard, mustache...
:50:38
kind of dishwater-blond hair.
:50:43
But, like I said, when he was in court,
he sure looked a lot different.

:50:48
All I could just tell by this and this,
that it was him.

:50:54
I knew that there was some shots over there.
:50:58
But I didn't want to be involved in it...
